Warranty, Return and Exchange

If your product is factory defective within 30 days of the invoice date, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please notify Wheeltech360.com immediately if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. All returns require prior approval through our RMA/Exchange form, after which you will receive detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number is valid for 5 business days, and the product must be shipped back within 10 business days. Once shipped, please email your return tracking number to complete the process.

  • Once a tire is mounted on the wheel, it is final sale with no returns or exchanges.
  • Non-defective returns incur a minimum 30% restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All returned products must be in AS-NEW condition and in their original packaging to be accepted. 

Special orders are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances. Certain products sold are intended for racing vehicle use only and require professional installation. Please verify your order details and the product’s legality before purchasing, as these items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable without exception.

Wheeltech360.com's warranty does not cover additional expenses such as labor costs for removing or installing a defective part, materials, lost wages or time, towing, lift, dock, or storage fees. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including indirect or special damages resulting from product defects.
