Payments, Order Process & Shipping Information (Continental USA Only)

We only ship to the confirmed credit card billing address with signature confirm on most orders

  • We accept all major credit cards, digital wallet payments and PayPal
  • We only ship order to a verified confirmed address on record with the credit card company
  • We only ship wheels within continental of the United States
  • All fraudulent orders will be reported to the FBI, local & state authorities and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
  • All questionable orders will mark as "On-Hold" in the order status. You will receive a confirmation email with detail information on the status of your order.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days  after the order has been placed.  Custom or special order items may take longer to process, typically 5-6 business days.

Shipping Methods within the Continental of the United States

  • Standard Ground Shipping (3-10 business days) via FedEx/UPS
  • All orders will be ship out from our Hayward, California warehouse location
  • No P. O. Box, AK, GU, HI, PR, US VI, APO/FPO.
  • We don't not ship to  AK, GU, HI, PR & Canada
  • Maximum 4 Wheels for Each Order

Packaging:
Rest assured that all items will be securely and safely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Fragile or high-value parts will be packaged with additional protective materials, such as bubble wrap or foam padding.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. You can view the estimated shipping costs for your order on the shopping cart page by entering your State and Zip Code before placing your order.  You do not need to provide any credit card information to calculate shipping & handling.

All shipping and handling charge included delivery or signature confirmation and additional insurance to protect your items in case of damage during shipping.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order status by logging into your account.
