We Wheeltech360.com are one of Rota Wheels Factory Direct Authorized Online Dealer in the San Francisco Bay Area. If you would like to do local pickup for wheels at our Hayward warehouse location (By appointment only), please contact us for detail.

All Orders take 5-6 business days to process before shipping. We will send you tracking number via Email, as soon as your order is shipped out.

As soon as you have received your product, please inspect all products immediately

Please double check the label on the box and inside of the wheel to make sure you have received the correct product, inspect the all wheel s for any damage before mounting the tire.Once the tire is mounted on the wheel, there is no return or exchange. Wheeltech360.com must be notified ASAP if any damaged is found, or if there was a wrong product shipped. Wheeltech360.com must first be contacted before any products are sent back in order to obtain an RMA number.All return product must be in its original packaging.

  We only ship orders within the USA

  Sorry. No phone order. For credit card security, we only accept online order and accept credit card or PayPal payments.

• If you need to order a replacement wheel:
  Not Sure what model and size of your Rota Wheel? How to Identify your Rota Wheel (Note: Due to different batch and production date of the wheel, the color may not match 100%)

• Warranty, Return and Exchange: Warranty, Return and Exchange Information
  Once wheels/tires have been mounted on the vehicle we are not able to accept any return. Only factory defective items can be returned for a refund or exchange for the same product within 30 days of the invoice date. Shipping & Handling is Non-Refundable; your return item must be returned with shipping prepaid. All Non-Defective returns are subject to a minimal 20% restocking fee
